Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clear and fair guidelines for both creators and studio owners.
Role of CollabKit Studios
- CollabKit provides tools for discovery and coordination
- We do not participate in the rental agreement or service delivery
- We are not a payment intermediary and do not hold funds
Note: We provide the infrastructure; the service is direct between you and the studio.
Bookings & Confirmation
- A booking request is created when a creator submits a request
- A booking is confirmed only when a studio accepts it on CollabKit
- Once accepted, the booking is considered confirmed
Cancellations
- Cancellation policies are set directly by the studio
- Creators should coordinate rescheduling or refunds directly with the studio
- CollabKit does not process refunds or enforce cancellation fees
Note: Creators are encouraged to review studio rules before requesting a booking.
Responsibility Disclaimer
- Studios are solely responsible for their space, equipment, and services
- Creators are responsible for conduct, payments, and adhering to studio rules
- CollabKit is not a party to any dispute regarding quality, refunds, or damages
