By accessing or using CollabKit Studios, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. These rules ensure a fair and professional marketplace for all participants.
Platform Governance
Studio Obligations
Studios must provide accurate listing data, honor confirmed bookings, and handle all direct financial transactions professionally.
Creator Conduct
Creators are responsible for adhering to studio rules, making timely payments, and maintaining respect for the spaces they book.
Platform Role
CollabKit provides the discovery and workflow tools but is not a party to the final booking agreements or payments.
Account Ownership
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities under their account.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, CollabKit Studios operates with the following limitations:
- No Guarantee: We do not guarantee a specific number of bookings for studios or availability for creators.
- Direct Disputes: Disputes regarding studio quality or payment must be resolved directly between the studio and the creator.
- Content Accuracy: While we verify listings, we are not liable for minor discrepancies in studio-provided descriptions.
Termination & Revisions
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove listings that violate these terms or compromise platform integrity. These terms may be updated occasionally to reflect new features or regulatory changes.
