Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation & Payment: Your booking will be confirmed only upon payment of the entire package cost in full. Please note that once a booking is confirmed, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. Booking Duration: The booked time slot encompasses the complete session — including setup, the actual photoshoot or videoshoot, and post-shoot wrap-up. Please plan accordingly to make the most of your time. Overtime Charges: Any duration that exceeds the booked time will be charged at the applicable hourly rate. Overtime is billed in full-hour increments and must be settled before you leave the studio. Extension of Booking: Additional time may be extended to you subject to slot availability. We recommend informing the studio team in advance if you anticipate requiring extra time, so we can check and reserve accordingly. Guest & Member Policy: Each booking accommodates up to 5 members within the base package. For every additional member beyond this limit, an extra charge of ₹1,000 per person will apply and is payable on the day of the shoot
