Studio Rules
Cancellation Policy
Rental Period & Rental Fee: 1.1 Hawk Sight Studios agrees to rent the photography studio space to the Renter for the amount of period mentioned through mail and acknowledgement form. 1.2 Billing hours are calculated from either the time of booking or the time you enter the studio, whichever is earlier. 1.3 The pricing for studio rental is non-negotiable and cannot be altered regardless of the duration for which the studio is hired. 1.4 Extensions or changes to the Rental Period must be agreed upon in writing by both Parties & if the duration of your session exceeds 20 minutes beyond the booked hour, additional hour charges will apply. 1.5 The studio offers additional cameras and light equipments for rent & any type of assistance such as technical support or photography assistance at an extra charge, which is calculated on a per-day basis. 1.6 Payment shall be made via Cash / Card / UPI / Cheque before or on the same day of renting the space. 2. Booking and Cancellation: 2.1 Minimum booking duration of 2 hours is required for renting the studio space. 2.2 The advance amount of 50% paid upon booking the studio space is non-refundable. This ensures that the studio's time and resources are reserved for the renter. 2.3 The renter will receive a transparent breakdown of all charges associated with their studio rental, including base fees, additional hour charges, premium material charges, and any applicable taxes through mail. 2.4 In the event of cancellation, the paid advance amount will not be refunded. However, the renter has the option to reschedule the booking for another available time slot 3. Liability: 3.1 Hawk Sight Studios reserves the right to specify the areas of the studio that are available for use by the Renter. 3.2 The Renter shall not engage in any activities that may cause damage to the studio equipment, props, furniture, or any other items within the studio premises & agrees to return all equipments to its original condition after use. 3.3 Hawk Sight Studios shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the Rental Period. 3.4 In the event of breakage or damage, the studio staff will conduct an assessment of any breakages or damages & the renter will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement of the affected items.
