Cancellation Policy
1. Slot Confirmation A minimum of 75% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. Slots will not be secured until the payment is received. 2. Non-Refundable Advance All advance payments are strictly non-refundable. Once a slot is booked, it cannot be rescheduled or transferred under any circumstances. 3. Rebooking Policy To secure a new slot, a fresh advance payment will be required. Previous payments will not be adjusted or carried forward. 4. Timeliness Kindly adhere to your allocated slot timing. No changes will be entertained post-booking. 5. Footage Collection Please bring your personal hard disk on the day of your shoot to collect your raw footage. 6. Backdrop & Outfit Coordination Select your preferred backdrop at the time of booking. Ensure your outfits are coordinated accordingly, as backdrop changes will not be permitted later. 7. Hard Disk Submissions: Files submitted via Hard Disk will be retained by us for a maximum period of 24 hours. After this period, the files will be permanently deleted from our systems. 8. Drive Submissions: Files submitted via online drives (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.) will be retained for a maximum period of 48 hours. After this period, access to the files will be removed and any copies on our systems will be deleted.
